Our Mission

In accordance with Article 4 of Executive Decree No. 91-147 of May 12, 1991, the OPGI is entrusted with the following missions:


Real estate development.


Acting as a delegated project owner on behalf of the State or any other contracting authority.


Providing services to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of real estate assets.


Restoration and rehabilitation of real estate properties.


Carrying out any activity aimed at fulfilling its missions.


Furthermore, the OPGI is authorized to manage the real estate assets entrusted to it under an agreement specifying the terms and conditions governing its responsibilities as a real estate property manager, in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 97-154 of May 10, 1997.
