What benefits are granted to purchasers?


Deduction of the rent paid since the date of occupancy of the property.


A 10% discount on the transfer price in the event of full payment.


For installment purchase: a payment period of up to twenty (20) years.


Payment of an initial contribution of five percent (5%) of the transfer price, including the security deposit already paid.


The remaining balance is subject to an annual interest rate of 1%.


For installment purchases, the applicant benefits from a discount on the transfer price:


• 7% when the payment period is less than or equal to three (3) years.


• 5% when the payment period is more than three (3) years and less than or equal to five (5) years.
