History

The Real Estate Promotion and Management Office (OPGI) of the Province of Mostaganem was established under Decree No. 147/76 of October 23, 1976, which sets out the conditions for the creation of OPGIs.


Its legal status was amended by Executive Decree No. 147/91 of May 12, 1991, as amended and supplemented, which redefined the legal status of OPGIs and established the procedures governing their organization and operation.


In accordance with Article 1 of this decree, the OPGI is a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC). It is considered a commercial entity in its dealings with third parties and is governed by the rules of commercial law.


The Real Estate Promotion and Management Office of Mostaganem is administered by a Board of Directors and managed by a Director General.


The Board of Directors consists of:

Central Director at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development Chairman

Director of Housing of Mostaganem Member

Director of the Budget of the Province of Mostaganem Member

Provincial Treasurer of Mostaganem Member

Director of Local Administration of the Province of Mostaganem Member

Two (02) representatives of the employees of the OPGI of Mostaganem Members
